For years, I juggled the demands of being a teacher, dealing with stress, low energy, and unhealthy habits that left me stuck in a cycle of burnout and frustration. I saw firsthand how educators—dedicated to their students—often neglected their own well-being, struggling to find time for proper nutrition, movement, and self-care.

Everything changed when I discovered how to naturally boost dopamine levels, eliminate toxic food triggers, and make sustainable lifestyle changes that fit into the busy life of an educator. I realized that by optimizing my nutrition, balancing my energy, and making small but powerful shifts, I could show up as the best version of myself for both my students and my own life.

With over 20 years of research into how food affects mental and physical health, a master’s degree in education, and decades of experience teaching in public and private schools, I’ve dedicated my career to helping educators and busy professionals break free from the same struggles. My background as a published health author and public speaker has allowed me to share these insights with thousands, showing them how to sustain their energy, sharpen their focus, and prevent burnout in high-stress environments.

My two signature coaching programs—one focused on overcoming anxiety and stress naturally, and the other on sustainable weight management—are designed specifically for educators and professionals who are ready to take control of their health using science-backed, practical strategies.

By rebalancing dopamine, optimizing nutrition, and making simple shifts, my clients experience lasting transformations—more energy, better mood, and a body that feels strong and aligned. I’ve had the privilege of sharing this work at major wellness events, on top health podcasts, and with educators who are eager to reclaim their well-being without sacrificing their passion for teaching.

If you’re ready to take back control of your health and finally create a sustainable wellness plan that fits your lifestyle, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
